The Tackett’s Mill Spring Fling was a hit this past weekend on 7 April 2018. Despite the cold start to spring, the event had a wonderful turnout and provided a much needed opportunity to get out of the house for many of our Woodbridge Virginia neighbors. With gloves, hats, scarves and the winter coats we all thought were ready for storage, families and children gathered at the Spring Fling to enjoy free face painting, balloon art and light sabers! Complimentary messages was provided by Message Envy of Woodbridge, and Edgemoor Art Studio Inc opened their doors for event-goers to warm up at fun art tables and they also provided their popular art easels outside the studio for children to paint beautiful works of art for free. Live music, crafts, games and entertainment was provided by Paradise Events, and the photography to capture the whimsy of it all was provided by Jenn Elisabeth Photography, along with a prize drawing for a complimentary family portrait session.
